Aplikacja ukradła punkty mojemu miastu.
Przed biegiem sprawdziłem jakie miasto mam ustawione a po biegu okazało się ze aplikacja przestawiła moje miasto na Monrovia w Liberii i przez to moje miasto nie otrzymało punktów i nie mogę zmienić miasta z powrotem na swoje.
dziękujemy za info - postaramy się jak najszybciej znaleźć i naprawić ten błąd.
Aby zmienić miasto domowe trzeba:
1. wejść w ustawienia (przycisk w prawym górnym rogu na głównym ekranie),
2. wybrać pozycję wybierz miasto zamieszkania,
3. wybrać państwo i miasto
Po tej zmianie punkty powinny liczyć się ponownie dla właściwego miasta. Będziemy wdzięczni, jeśli poinformuje nas Pan, czy takie dzialanie pomoglo

iOS vs Android - Event stats and points
Why are such difference on stats and points in past events? (Bug/Question)
Open the same event from chronic:
On iOS it shown "Distance-Points" 605 on Android "all 100 m" 55
On iOS I get at avg. pace of 22.85 on Android 22:51 (same distance and time)
Same on calories :(
(using german version of app, so hope I've translated correctly)

1. For the time being on Android the points for the first 1km in a day are not displayed in history, but of course they are added to your account. We will fix it in the near feature.
2. Average pace is the same on iOS as it is on Android, but is displayed differently. On Android it is displayed as minutes and seconds ("mm:ss"), while on iOS it is a decimal number of minutes. We will standarize it in the next iOS version.
3. There is a bug in calculating calories on Android. I'm fixing it right now.

Red notification icon click
When I click red notification icon, there comes an empty table with columns #,user,level.
This bug appears in the situation, when someone sends us the friendship request and in the meantime becomes our friend on facebook
My area is not listed
I've just installed this and my area is not listed in the country/county/city list. In fact, the nearest one it got is actually 20 miles/32 km away. So quests, etc showing up are all completely irrelevant to me.
How do I submit additional places to add to the list?

If your city is not listed you only have to post it here and we will add it.
In the meantime you can always play quests, because they are not attached to any city (you can play them anywhere).
No way to go back to the map screen in Quest Just Run
During the Quest Just Run! - if you move into statistic screen (the one with information about speed, calories and so on) then there is no way to go back to the screen with map.

In order to go back to the screen with map you have to click on the curved corner, which is located at the bottom right of the screen. Isn't it working for you? Do you see it at all?
"Understood??!!" - about passing the speed limit
Today, I was taking part in a Painting Event. I was kicked off from the game because of cheating of moving faster than 30 km/h. Obviously, that was not the case. I was running about 8-12 km/h - not more. It should be corrected.
ps. OK. it was cloudily - but still I was not cheating. Maybe system should verify trends not single position exceptions from GPS.
List of players in "Search" is info about their missing country and city
1.When you search for friends or other players on the "Search" screen you can see the list. It is missing information about country and city in my opinion.
2.Also there is no information how many people was found. If this would be > 500 players I would prefer not to download it into my mobile.
3. Would be good to have counter of return list on this screen.
