Is ranking downloading all positions?
Is Rankings for example "Users" downloading today all 464 Users just to present 20 best and me? If yes, then it is consuming too much traffic data than necessary. In case of Cities Rankings it would be 7557 positions!

No, the ranking for users is downloading only those users, who are displayed to you, namely first 20 and 3 both above and below you.
The same rule applies to other rankings, only the number of top elements may be slightly different.
