2 times kicked off from one Event - no event continuality?

I was kicked off from one Event two times. Once because of cheating with speed over 30km/h (??) and another time I am not sure: 1. why and 2. when exactly.

Anyway, the Question is about an Event continuality when I am joining it again. It looked like my path is remembered but for instance paint buckets, that I have kicked before seem to be available again. Strange. Do I have points continuality with the previous participation within the same Event or they are lost?!
